Rice Syrup
or Sweetener of Choice
Cooking Instructions
1.
Melt the Cacao Butter (2 2/3 Tbsp) in a microwave or in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. If using a microwave, heat for around 30 seconds and stir before continuing until molten.

Scrape the seeds out of the Vanilla Bean Pod (1/2). Add them to the Cacao Powder (1/3 cup) and Rice Syrup (2 tsp) and stir well to combine.
3.
Pour into moulds and place in the fridge (or freezer if you're in a hurry to eat them) to set. Let set for an hour.
4.
Serve chilled. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
