I am giving Ube (purple yams) a savory spin with these Vegan Savory Ube Dumplings. To cut down on time, I use pre-made gyoza wrappers and fill them with delicious and creamy Ube filling.
Makes 40 dumplings. Frozen dumplings will last 1 month in the freezer. To cook from frozen place 4-6 in a fry pan with some sesame oil. Fry on medium-low heat for 2 minutes and then add in the water and cover on low heat for 4 minutes. Take the cover off and then turn up the heat to medium-high and fry for a further 2 minutes.
