Cooking Instructions
1.
In a large pot combine the Tomatoes (5 cups), Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp), Distilled White Vinegar (1 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp). Bring to a simmer and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until soupy. If using store-bought tomato juice skip to step 3.

Sieve the mixture in batches, then set juice aside to cool. This can last in the refrigerator for 1 week.

In a large mixing bowl combine 2 cups tomato juice, Vodka (4 Tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp), Horseradish (1 tsp), Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (2 tsp), and juice of the Lime (1). Transfer to a pourable cup.

Place the rounds of Lime (1) in every mold. Pour the mixture into the molds.
5.
Place Celery (6 sticks) sticks into the molds and freeze for 6 hours.
6.
Remove from mold and serve your Bloody Mary Popsicles. Garnish with Sea Salt Flakes (to taste) and Old Bay® Seasoning (to taste).
Author's Notes
Feel free to use 2 cups of store-bought tomato juice instead of homemade!
There are many variations of Bloody Mary’s in terms of what alcohol you use. Feel free to make this a Bloody Maria (tequila) or a Red Snapper (gin) or whatever ever else you can think of!
