Cooking Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, add Mozzarella Cheese (3/4 cup), Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), Almond Flour (1/2 cup), Swerve Confectioners Sugar Replacement (4 Tbsp), Xanthan Gum (1/4 tsp), Baking Soda (1/4 tsp), Baking Powder (1/4 tsp), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp). Whisk until well combined.

Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray. Spoon the batter onto the waffle iron and smooth out using the back of the spoon.

Cook until done according to waffle iron’s instructions, about 3 minutes.

Transfer the ‘chaffle’ from the waffle iron to a serving plate and let it cool for 1 minute.

Top your Basic Sweet ‘Chaffles’ with Whipped Cream (to taste), Fresh Blackberries (to taste), and Dark Chocolate (to taste) or toppings of choice.
