Cooking Instructions

Start by juicing your Oranges (3).
2.
Next juice the Carrots (3 cups) and Fresh Ginger (1 in) together. Stir in the Cayenne Pepper (1/8 tsp) when you are done, if using.
3.
Pour the carrot ginger juice and orange juice into a glass jar that holds 24 ounces or two smaller ones. Add a straw and enjoy!
