Cooking Instructions

Combine Coconut Milk (1 cup), Fresh Turmeric (1 1/3 Tbsp), and Fresh Ginger (1 tsp) in a bowl. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain through a wire mesh sieve or nut bag. Add Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp).

Pour the strained liquid over a large glass full of ice. Sprinkle with Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 pinch) and enjoy!
