Vanilla Ice Cream with Clementines in Cinnamon Syrup
Refreshing dessert which combines citrus, a hint of spice and the sweetness of ice cream! This recipe is a little “fancy” way to serve your gelato for a nice dinner with friends.

Vanilla Ice Cream
Wash up the
Peel and slice them.
In a saucepan, bring
Water (1 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
Cinnamon Sticks (2)
to a simmer until sugar dissolves.
In a large bowl, arrange the sliced clementines, pour in the syrup and let it sit for a few hours (overnight is better).
To serve, divide the clementines between 4 bowls. Add 2 scoops of
Vanilla Ice Cream (2 cups)
per bowl, pour the syrup and decorate with some
Fresh Mint (to taste)
Serve it right away!
