Cooking Instructions
1.
Boil your Cauliflower (2 3/4 cups) and chop into pieces.
2.
Take your fresh Cucumbers (2) and chop it into pieces as well.
3.
Take your cauliflower and cucumber, and mix them well together with the chopped Apples (2), Green Peas (1 cup), Tomatoes (2), and Green Grapes (3 1/4 cups). Pour some of the Natural Unflavored Yogurt (3 Tbsp), Fresh Parsley (to taste), and Fresh Dill (to taste) over the mix.

You can serve your salad in a hollow tomato, a hollow cucumber or a fried ham. Enjoy!
