Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut
Pork Chops (2 lb)
into 1 1/2-inch pieces.

Cut
Potato (1)
and
Carrot (1)
into small cubes.
3.
Cut
Celery (1 stalk)
into small pieces. Roughly chop
Yellow Onion (1)
.

Roughly chop
Tomatoes (2)
. Finely chop
Garlic (5 cloves)

In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, add
Oil (1 Tbsp)
and fry pork chop until golden brown.

Add onions and to the pan, fry over medium heat for 3 minutes or until translucent.

Add garlic and fry for another minute.

Add in all vegetables,
Italian Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp)
,
Ketchup (1/4 cup)
,
Paprika (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Chili Powder (1 tsp)
.

Add chopped tomatoes,
Crushed Tomatoes (1 can)
,
Chicken Stock (4 cups)
,
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Bay Leaves (2)
. Mix well and bring to a boil.
10.
Simmer over medium heat for at least 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
11.
Before serving, garnish with
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
. Serve with white rice if desired.

To make this even more filling, feel free to serve with white rice - but this stew is also delicious on its own!
