Cooking Instructions

Blend the Chia Seeds (4 Tbsp), Oats (2/3 cup), Coconut Milk (1 cup) and Honey (2 Tbsp) on Speed 2 for 1 minute. Transfer to a dish, cover and put in the fridge overnight.

Blend the Frozen Mangoes (3/4 cup), Frozen Raspberries (1/2 cup) and Coconut Milk (1 cup) on speed 5 for 2 minutes until smooth.
3.
Divide oat mixture into two bowls, top with smoothie and decorate with sliced bananas, oranges, frozen berries, blueberries and granola. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
