Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat up your frying pan with some Oil (2 Tbsp). Add the Mustard Seeds (to taste), Curry Leaves (1/4 tsp), and Onions (1/3 cup) in the pan and saute for 2 minutes under medium heat.

Add your Ginger Garlic Paste (to taste) in the pan, and saute for another 2 minutes under medium heat.
3.
Add the Ground Turmeric (to taste) and Tomatoes (1/4 cup), and saute for 1 minute.
4.
Add the grated Paneer (1 cup) to the mix. Cook for 2 minutes under medium heat.
5.
Add the Ground Coriander (to taste) and Chili Powder (to taste) to the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes.
6.
Add your Salt (to taste), Green Chili Peppers (2), Chaat Masala (to taste), and Lime Juice (to taste) to flavor the content.
