Cooking Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped Mango (1), Yellow Bell Pepper (1), Red Bell Pepper (1), Red Onion (1), Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) and some Fresh Mint (to taste).

Season with Lemon (1)Kosher Salt (to taste) and freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and give it a quick toss.
