Cooking Instructions

Inside a Pot melt the Butter (1 Tbsp) with some Olive Oil (1 Tbsp). Add the Yellow Onion (1), Thick-Cut Bacon (2), Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (3) into the pot and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add your Crushed Garlic (2 cloves), and mix everything well. Add your Arborio Rice (2 cups). Stir through for five minutes.

Add the Chicken Stock (4 cups) cup by cup,waiting for each cup to be absorbed by the rice on each round. Stir frequently.

Add your Water (1 cup) and stir through until it is absorbed by the rise. Turn the heat down and let it simmer for five minutes. Serve and enjoy!
