Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2.
Start to cook Pasta (1 lb) according to package directions, using a small amount of salt.
3.
Chop up leftover Pulled Pork (2 cups).
4.
Drain the pasta and set it aside to start making the cheese sauce.
5.
In a large pot on medium-high heat, add Unsalted Butter (4 Tbsp) until melted.
6.
Whisk in the All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp) and cook for about one minute.
7.
Reduce heat to medium and add Milk (1 cup), Heavy Cream (2 cups), Dry Mustard (1 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp). Whisk until it begins to bubble.
8.
Reduce the heat to low and add Shredded White Cheddar Cheese (2 cups). Stir until melted.
9.
Add cooked pasta, stirring until combined. Remove from heat.
10.
Place mac and cheese in an oven-safe skillet, flatten it lightly.
11.
Sprinkle chopped pulled pork over top.
12.
Sprinkle Panko Breadcrumbs (4 Tbsp) evenly over top and spray with Spray Butter (as needed).
13.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C), you may broil for a few additional minutes if it's taking longer to become golden on top.
