Cooking Instructions
1.
Zest a bit of Lemon (1/2) for garnish and then juice it.
2.
Cut the Avocado (1) in half, pit it and remove the flesh of the avocado. Peel the Garlic (1 clove).
3.
Bring water to a boil and start cooking Spaghetti (5 oz) according to package's instructions.
4.
Put Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), garlic clove and the flesh of the avocado into a blender.
5.
Blend for about a minute until smooth.
6.
Drain pasta when done. Mix with avocado cream and serve immediately. Garnish with the zest.
