Chocolate Syrup
or Chocolate Chips, melted
Cooking Instructions
1.
Dip your glass into Chocolate Syrup (to taste).
2.
Roll glass into Candy Cane (1) pieces.
3.
Pour Vodka (2 oz), Kahlua (2 oz), and Peppermint Extract (1 dash) into a rocks glass.
4.
Fill with ice, then top with Kemps Half & Half (2 oz).
5.
Add a seasonal stirrer and enjoy!
Author's Notes
If you don’t have any meltable chocolate or chocolate syrup on hand, use simple syrup.
The beauty of this cocktail is in how it's layered, however, I suggest stirring it as you enjoy to get that Kahlua flavor from the bottom of the glass.
