Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
Wash and peel off the skin of the Potatoes (6) and boil them in a pot. Add Salt (1 tsp) to the water and cook for about 15 minutes.
3.
Cut the Emmental Cheese (6 slices) into thin slices.
4.
Take the Bacon (6 slices) and cut each slice in half.
5.
Wrap each potato in the emmental cheese.
6.
Next, wrap with bacon and seal the 3 components with a toothpick.
7.
Place the tidbits in a baking tray with Olive Oil (1 tsp).
8.
Bake for about 20 min or until nice and crispy on top.
9.
Move them on a serving plate and enjoy warm!
