Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a blender process Bananas (2 cups), Almond Milk (3/4 cup), Chickpea Flour (1 cup), Coconut Flour (4 Tbsp), Salt (1 pinch), Baking Powder (3 tsp), and Xanthan Gum (1/2 tsp).
3.
Add in the Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (3 2/3 Tbsp) and Vegan White Chocolate Chips (3 2/3 Tbsp) and stir them into the batter.
4.
Lay a 22-centimeter cake pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture, slice up a banana length-wise and place it on top.
5.
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40 minutes.
6.
Remove from the oven and let the cake cool down completely. Slice it up and enjoy.
