Cooking Instructions
1.
Drain Canned Oysters (1 lb) reserving the liquid in a medium bowl.
2.
Add the All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Cornmeal (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 pinch), and Salt (1 pinch).
3.
Beat the Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) and stir it into the batter until combined.
4.
In a medium pot, heat Canola Oil (as needed) to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
5.
Evenly coat the oysters in the batter and fry in batches of 4 to 6.
6.
Drain the oysters on paper towels.
7.
Sprinkle the oysters with Old Bay® Seasoning (2 pinches) while they are warm.
8.
Serve with Butter (4 Tbsp)
