Cooking Instructions
1.
To a salad bowl begin supreming the Blood Oranges (6) and squeeze each to remove excess juice.

Add Red Onion (1), Fresh Mint (1 handful), Fresh Thyme (1 tsp), Pistachios (4 Tbsp), Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Sea Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), and Vegan Feta Cheese (1/2 cup), if using, to the salad bowl and gently toss. Enjoy!
