Cooking Instructions

Quarter the Baby Potatoes (4.4 lb) and boil them for about 15 minutes and leave aside.
2.
Into a fried pan over medium heat, fry the Thick-Cut Bacon (10.5 oz) until it is nice and crispy.
3.
Into a mixing bowl, add your Mayonnaise (2 cups), Onion Salt (1 tsp), and Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp). Season with some Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and mix everything together.
4.
Add the Scallions (1 bunch), bacon and the dressing to the potatoes. Toss everything up. Garnish the top of the salad with the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (6). Serve and enjoy!
