Cooking Instructions
1.
Fill a highball glass with Ice (to taste), stir with a bar spoon to chill the glass.
2.
Use a cocktail jigger to strain melted ice water. Add more Ice (to taste) if needed.
3.
Using a cocktail jigger, measure ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon (2 fl oz) into the glass. Top with Soda Water (5 fl oz).
4.
Stir gently with a bar spoon.
5.
Peel one strip from a Lemon (1), then spray, squeeze and place the peel into the drink.
6.
Serve immediately.
