Mini Lamb Koftas

Mini Lamb Koftas are a delicious, lightly spiced lamb dish that can be served as a snack or part of a main meal. Ground Lamb

Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, mix the Ground Lamb (2.2 lb) , Yellow Onion (1) , Garlic (1 clove) , Fresh Parsley (to taste) , Ground Cumin (2 tsp) , Ground Allspice (1 tsp) , zest from Lemon (1/8) , Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) , and Egg (1) .

Season the mix with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Take a tablespoon of the mix, and roll between your hands to make a mini meat ball. Flatten the ball to make a patty, and place it on a plate. Continue on with the rest of the mix.

Grease a frying pan with a Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) , and heat it over medium heat. Cook the kaftas in batches for about five minutes on each side.
