Garlic Butter Tagliatelle

This specific dish was designed for the Halloween season. It was very delicious and easy to make. Consider adding a bit more capers and lemon juice on the garnish for an extra zing. You can include protein of choice, herbs, or vegetables if you please.

Tagliatelle

•

1 1/2 Tbsp

Butter

•

3 cloves

Garlic , crushed

•

1 Tbsp

Capers

•

Lemon , zested, juiced

•

2 Tbsp

Chopped Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Salt

Ground Black Pepper

Shaved Parmesan Cheese

Cooking Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to boil on high heat. Once the water is properly heated, add Tagliatelle (1 serving) . Boil for 5 minutes.

While the pasta is cooking, bring a skillet to medium-high heat. Add Butter (1 1/2 Tbsp) and sauté Garlic (3 cloves) , Capers (1 Tbsp) , and Sun-Dried Tomatoes (2 Tbsp) . Add 1 Tbsp of juice of a Lemon (1) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .

Once the pasta is done, drain and immediately drop it into the pan with sautéed ingredients. Toss to mix for 3-5 minutes.

Serve the pasta while hot and garnish with Shaved Parmesan Cheese (to taste) , Microgreens (to taste) , and 1 Tbsp of lemon zest. Dig in and devour the dark strands!
