Cooking Instructions
1.
Mix Water (2 cups) and Agar-Agar Powder (2 tsp) in a pot. Bring to medium heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring with a hand whisk constantly.
2.
Remove the pot from heat, add Red Bean Paste (1 1/4 cups) and mix well till smooth.
3.
Pour into the desired mold and cool in the refrigerator until firm.
