This Aquafaba Whiskey Sour is a modern version of an old classic with Dewars 15 Whiskey. It is simply sweet, sour, and topped with aquafaba foam. This means no egg whites are used and this cocktail is vegan-friendly! Shaken and served in a jar, this cocktail is easily made in your kitchen, no shaker needed.

Cooking Instructions
1.
To a large jar add Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), 2 Tbsp of juice of a Lemon (1), and DEWAR'S® 15 (2 fl oz). Stir with a bar spoon (or chopstick) until the sugar dissolves.

Add the Aquafaba (1 fl oz) to the jar.
3.
Fill the jar with Ice (as needed). Secure the lid and shake the drink hard until it begins to foam, around 10 seconds.
4.
Remove the lid and pour it into a glass.
5.
Peel a strip of lemon peel and squeeze, spray and twist over the drink. Place on top. Cheers!
