Homemade Strawberry Cordial

Granulated Sugar

Cooking Instructions
1.
In a saucepan or heatproof bowl add Granulated Sugar (1 cup) and Fresh Strawberries (1 cup). Muddle the mixture until berries are broken down.
2.
Stir in the Water (1 cup) until sugar is dissolved.
3.
Using a sieve strain the cordial.
4.
Stir in a capful of Bacardi Superior rum. Set aside to cool.
5.
Once cooled, measure 0.5 fl oz Cordial, 1 fl oz juice from a Lime (1), and BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (2 fl oz) into a jar.
6.
Add Ice (as needed) into the jar. Secure the top and shake well.
7.
Strain liquid into a coupe glass.
8.
Serve immediately, garnished with a Fresh Strawberry (1).
Author's Notes
Makes around 2 cups of strawberry cordial. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
