Cooking Instructions
1.
To make the Ninja Potato, boil the whole Potato (1) for 15 minutes until cooked.
2.
Cut the Nori Sheet (1) into thin strings.
3.
Wet the seaweed strings with water and wrap the strings around the boiled potato.
4.
Poke two dents with chopsticks around the eye area, then stuff the dents with cooked potatoes.
5.
Cut the seaweed into two tiny dots and place the dot seaweed on the eyes.
6.
To make the Vegan Nikujaga, cut the Onion (1), Potatoes (2), and Carrot (1/2).
7.
Cook the onion until they turn transparent.
8.
Add the rest of the veggies to the onion.
9.
Add water to the veggies.
10.
Add the Mirin (4 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp), Sake (3 Tbsp), Salt (1 Tbsp), and Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) to the vegetables.
11.
Put a lid and simmer for 20~30 min with mid-low heat.
12.
Then grab your Ninja Potato, put on top of Vegan Nikujaga, and go crazy with it. Serve and enjoy!
