Floral cocktails are wonderful. It doesn’t matter how warm or chilly it is outside, it's great all year round. Here's a floral cocktail that's a little lighter and a bit more bubbly. Enter, the Lavender Honey Lemon complete with some light and luscious prosecco.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Mix Water (4 Tbsp) with Honey (2 Tbsp) – shake until dissolved and refrigerate. Add Culinary Lavender (2 Tbsp) buds to chilled honey water and mix.

Pour honey water and lavender buds into a coupe glass. Add the juice from Lemon (1) and Ice (to taste).
3.
Top off with Prosecco Wine (to taste). Garnish with a Lemon slice and one of the Edible Flowers (to taste).
