Cooking Instructions

Remove the string from the Sugar Snap Peas (4 oz). Cut Yellow Bell Pepper (1) and Red Bell Pepper (1) into strips.

Heat Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) on the shallow pan or wok over medium-high heat. Cook Garlic (4 cloves) for a minute or until fragrant.

Add the Medium Shrimp (8 oz) along with a pinch of Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch). Cook for about 2 minutes. Transfer the shrimp to a bowl and set it aside.

In the same pan, add the bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes. Add more oil if needed.

Add snap peas and stir for 3 minutes. Bring shrimp back to the pan and add Oyster Sauce (1 1/2 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (1 tsp), Brown Sugar (1/2 tsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch). Stir until coated.

Serve your Garlic Shrimp Vegetable Stir-Fry with White Rice (to taste) if desired. Garnish with White Sesame Seeds (1 tsp) and Scallions (1 Tbsp).

Fresh vegetables can be substituted with frozen sugar snap pea stir fry mix.
