Nutritional Yeast

Simply Organic Onion Powder

Raw Unsalted Cashews

Pasta

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Roast Yellow Squash (3) until soft about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil your choice of Pasta (1 lb) and place Vegetable Broth (1 cup) , Nutritional Yeast (1/2 cup) , Ground Turmeric (2 tsp) , Flaxseeds (2 Tbsp) , Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp) , Simply Organic Onion Powder (2 tsp) , Raw Unsalted Cashews (1/3 cup) and Salt (to taste) in a blender.

When squash is done, place in blender with other ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth.

Pour over pasta. Serve and enjoy!

Author's Notes

You will have extra sauce for another round of pasta! Make 2 lbs for party size. Also, save some sauce if you will have leftovers the following day when reheating. It will be too dry without extra sauce when reheating like a 'real' mac n' cheese.
