This is a great bread to have in the morning with your coffee, to give as a gift to someone, and just to have around during the fall season! It is a little tart with the fresh cranberries and fresh orange.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease 3 small loaf pans and line with parchment paper.
2.
Combine All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp) and Salt (1/2 tsp) in a bowl. Stir Butter (1/2 stick) into flour mixture until combined.

Add the zest and juice from Oranges (4), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1); mix well.

Fold in Fresh Cranberries (1 cup) and Walnuts (1 cup). Then spoon batter into prepared pans.
5.
Bake in the preheated ovens for 45 minutes.
6.
Cool in the pans for about 5 minutes.
7.
Remove and slice bread. Serve and enjoy!
