Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees C (180 degrees F).
2.
Add Sweet Potatoes (3 lb) to 2 parchment-lined baking sheets. Drizzle Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and sprinkle with Fine Salt (1/2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp). Toss to combine.
3.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until potatoes are just fork-tender.
4.
In a small bowl, combine Butter (1/2 cup), Cayenne Hot Sauce (3 Tbsp), and Honey (2 Tbsp).
5.
Once the potatoes are done, drizzle warm potatoes with the hot honey butter and gently toss to combine.
6.
Return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
7.
Serve warm, garnished with Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (as needed) if desired.
