Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Inside a mixer, combine together the Butter (4.5 oz) , Caster Sugar (1/2 cup) , and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) .

Then, add the Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) , Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (4 Tbsp) , and Red Food Coloring (2 Tbsp) . Beat everything together.

While the mixer is beating, Slowly add the Self-Rising Flour (3/4 cup) . After everything is mixed well, fold in the White Chocolate Chips (9 oz) into the dough.

Roll the dough into a spoon full of small cookie balls. Then, bake the cookies inside a preheated oven for about 10 minutes.

Let the cookies cool for a few minutes and serve!
