Ginger Simple Syrup

Cooking Instructions
1.
To make a ginger simple syrup, combine Granulated Sugar (1 cup) and Water (1 cup) in a small boiler over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add Fresh Ginger (4 Tbsp) and return to boil.

Remove from heat and steep for 30 minutes. Strain the syrup and store in an airtight container until ready to use.

Fill a quart mason jar with Ice (as needed).

Add Four Roses Bourbon (2 fl oz), juice from Lemons (2), 4 fl oz ginger syrup, Water (4 fl oz), and Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tsp). Place the lid on the jar and shake.
5.
Garnish jar with Lemons (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
