Cooking Instructions
1.
Wash the Red Potatoes (10 cups) and cut them into quarters. Place the quartered potatoes into the slow cooker pot.
2.
Mix together Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Dried Thyme (1 tsp), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Garlic (3 cloves).
3.
Pour the oil mixture over the potatoes. Stir together. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp).
4.
Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours. Do not remove the lid during the cooking process to allow the dish to cook properly.
5.
Test the potatoes with a fork. If ready, enjoy!
