Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Remove the casing from the
Breakfast Sausages (12 oz)
. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the sausage and cook halfway through, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain fat if necessary.

Whisk together
Eggs (8)
,
Whole Milk (1 cup)
,
Salt (1 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
, and
Onion Powder (1 tsp)
.
4.
In a large bowl, toss together
Frozen Tater Tots (9 cups)
, sausage and
Cheddar Cheese (2 cups)
. Pour into baking dish. Pour the egg mixture all over. Sprinkle more cheese if you wish.
5.
Bake uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes, or until eggs are set.
