Cooking Instructions

Place Loose Leaf Chai Tea (2 tsp), Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), Cashew Nuts (1 1/4 cups), Medjool Dates (12), Vanilla Powder (1 tsp), and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp) into a blender or food processor and blend until crumbly, not smooth.

Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in Hemp Hearts (1/3 cup). Refrigerate or freeze for 4-5 hours.
Author's Notes
Makes 20 balls.
The Medjool dates I used were pretty dry, so if you're using dates that are juicy you may need to add more cashews to adjust for the texture of the ball.
