In a mortar and pestle, roughly smash about Black Olives (6) with a few sprigs of Fresh Basil (1 handful). Fill a tumbler with ice and add the basil-olive mixture, the juice of a Lemon (1) and the Mediterranean Gin (2 tots).

Shake to combine and infuse the gin. Divide the mixture between two tumblers filled with Ice (as needed) and top up with Tonic Water (2 cups).
3.
Garnish with fresh basil and a few black olives skewered on cocktail sticks.
4.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
