Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F).

In a bowl add All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Caster Sugar (1 cup), Desiccated Coconut (1 cup) and mix together.

Add Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (4), Milk (1 1/2 cups), Butter (2.5 oz), Vanilla Extract (2 tsp) and Passion Fruit Pulp (2/3 cup).
4.
Mix until it is a very smooth runny batter.
5.
Grease a large pie plate.
6.
Pour the batter into the dish.
7.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees C (375 degrees F) for about an hour. Once cooled dust with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) and serve either warm or cooled.
