Lemon Delicious is a wonderful old-fashioned pudding dessert. Lemon Juice is combined with flour, sugar and eggs to create a sweet, sponge-like pudding with a rich lemon custard sauce underneath! Give it a go :)

Cooking Instructions

Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the Butter (4.5 oz), Caster Sugar (1/2 cup) and Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3).

Add in the Self-Rising Flour (1/2 cup), and the juice from Lemons (2 1/2) and mix everything together. Also add the Milk (1/3 cup) a little bit at a time while whisking.

Divide the pudding mixture between 6 greased baking cups. Line up the cups inside a baking dish and fill in the dish with boiling water until it is halfway through the height of each cup. Bake inside a preheated oven under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 1 hour.
