Cooking Instructions
1.
To make the blueberry syrup, in a small saucepan combine the Fresh Blueberries (1 cup), Honey (2 Tbsp), and Water (4 Tbsp) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and mash the berries and simmer for 5 minutes.

Run the mixture through fine sieve to remove pulp. Set aside to let cool. This will yield about 2/3 cup of blueberry syrup.

In another small saucepan, bring Water (1 cup) to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in Granulated Sugar (1 cup). This yields about 1-1/2 cups of simple syrup.
4.
In a large pitcher, combine the juice from Lemons (5), simple syrup and blueberry syrup.
5.
Pour in Club Soda (3 cups) right before serving.
