Cooking Instructions

In a slow cooker, add Garlic (2 cloves), Fresh Ginger (2 tsp), Yellow Onion (1), Carrot (1), Red Bell Pepper (1), Brown Sugar (1 cup), Sweet Chili Sauce (4 Tbsp), Dark Soy Sauce (1/2 cup) and Water (1 cup). Stir together. Put the lid on and cook on high for 1 hour.

Place each piece of theBeef Steak (2.2 lb) into Corn Flour (1/2 cup) and place it on a plate. Add into the slow cooker and stir until all the meat is covered. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
3.
Serve beef and sauce on top of White Rice (to taste). Enjoy!
