Cooking Instructions
1.
Sprinkle the bottom of your slow cooker with All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Next add the Beef (2.2 lb) and toss to coat in flour. Add Bourbon (4 Tbsp) and stir slightly.

Next add Garlic (1 clove), Onion (1), Mushrooms (1 cup), Carrots (3), Italian Seasoning (to taste) and Beef Stock (4 cups). Mix in the Canned Diced Tomatoes (2 cups) and the Tomato Soup (1 3/4 cups) and let cook for 3-4 hours on low.
