Cooking Instructions

Blend Sandwich Bread (4 slices). To the same blender, add White Fish Fillets (1.1 lb), Scallions (1 bunch), Fresh Dill (1 Tbsp), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and process until mixed together.

Using wet hands, divide the mixture into 8 patties and place on a tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Cover the cakes with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for half an hour.
3.
Add Olive Oil (as needed) to a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden on the outside and cooked all the way through.
4.
Serve and enjoy!
