Sandwich Bread

Scallions , chopped

Eggland's Best Classic Egg

•

1 Tbsp

Fresh Dill

Cooking Instructions

Blend Sandwich Bread (4 slices) . To the same blender, add White Fish Fillets (1.1 lb) , Scallions (1 bunch) , Fresh Dill (1 Tbsp) , Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and process until mixed together.

Using wet hands, divide the mixture into 8 patties and place on a tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Cover the cakes with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for half an hour.

Add Olive Oil (as needed) to a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden on the outside and cooked all the way through.
