Cooking Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, add Caster Sugar (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) and Butter (3 oz). Mix together.

Add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) and Sultanas (1/2 cup). Mix until combined.
3.
Sift in All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp) and Baking Soda (1 tsp). Stir everything together until just combined.
4.
Place small spoonfuls of the dough, rolled into balls, onto baking trays lined with non-stick baking paper.
5.
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 10-15 minutes.
6.
Allow cookies to cool for 10 minutes.
7.
Serve and enjoy!
