1.
Add the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) and Baking Powder (1 tsp) into a bowl.
2.
Sift it together for two or three times just to make sure the baking powder is completely incorporated into the flour and there are no lumps. Store the self raising flour in a clean container until the next time you need it.
