Kemps Heavy Whipping Cream

Cooking Instructions

Put All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Caster Sugar (1/3 cup) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 tbsp) into a mixing bowl and mix it together. Make a well in the center and add Milk (4 tbsp) , Butter (2 oz) , Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) mix together until smooth.

Put the batter in a ziploc bag and force it to one corner, snipe of the corner. Take a donut tray and pipe the batter into each donut mold. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) and cook for about 20 minutes. Allow the donuts to cool for 5 minutes in the tin then transfer them to a wire rack to cool off completely.

Put Chocolate (1/2 cup) , Kemps Heavy Whipping Cream (1/2 cup) in a bowl and put it into the microwave oven for 30 seconds, then give it a stir and give it another 30 seconds, repeat until it's melted. Set it aside for 30 minutes to cool off.

Take a donut and gently dip it into the ganache. Put some sprinkle on if preferred. Continue on with the rest. Enjoy!
