Into a saucepan, add the Caster Sugar (2 cups), Distilled White Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Cream of Tartar (1/2 tsp) if using, and Water (3/4 cup). Give the mixture a gentle stir and bring it to the boil for about 20 minutes.

Pour the toffee into paper cases inside a muffin pan. Sprinkle over with some Sprinkles (2 Tbsp), and set aside for about half an hour.

Serve and Enjoy!
