Preheat the oven to 120 degrees C (250 degrees F).

Into a mixing bowl, add the Nutella® (1 cup), Self-Rising Flour (2/3 cup), and Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2). Mix everything together using an electric mixer.

Into a muffin pan lined with cup cake liners, divide the batter between each of the liners. Bake inside preheated oven under 120 degrees C (250 degrees F) for about 20 minutes.
